Do you ever find it difficult to stop eating when you’re not hungry?

For instance, by catching yourself eating more of a particular food than you’d originally intended to? Or mindlessly reaching for the refrigerator door in search of something to munch on?

Today I want answer a common question that many mamas have, either related to themselves or to little ones. That’s how to increase iron levels naturally!

There are many ways to increase your iron levels, including supplements. But as a registered dietitian, I tend to take a foods first approach to most things.

But as a registered dietitian, I can assure you that a vegan diet, when done right, can be absolutely appropriate for all life stages. Including pregnancy.
